The bride and groom chose a fabulous vibrant palette of buttercup yellow and lime green for their fete at the Four Seasons Hotel in Vail. They wanted something a little different and we developed a unique design that combined Colorado rustic and elegance with a fun, contemporary urban touches. We created this look by combining rich textural arrangements with surprising earthy floral touches like figs and clematis as well as introducing unexpected elements like birch table lamps with yellow lattice lampshades. All three of the distinct floral designs had a beautiful assortment of luminaries provided by Illuminations Design Studio some of which were uniquely monogrammed with the bride and groom's initials. Hundreds of larger luminaries were raised high above guests heads on large hanging wooden platforms. The forest feel was continued by introducing four large hanging wooden platforms. The forest feel was continued by introducing four large 12ft tall live scrub oak trees constructed by Indigo Sky. This feel transitioned onto the ceiling which was entirely covered with a soft amber leaf pattern courtesy of Fastlane Productions.
The bride and groom really wanted their guests to have a fun experience and they carried this theme into an activities room that exhibited a fabulous frame wall as well as a flip book and computer stations for uploading photos to social media sites.
Large 12ft trees, wooden bars and rustic yet contemporary furniture was used in the lobby to welcome the guests as they arrived from the ceremony.
